So this is turning out to be an awesome day in the Brigands camp. Earlier today I mentioned that the new record is officially out and available for streaming or purchase. Well now I’ve got even more news to report as our Brigands camp has indeed gotten a little bigger.
I’m pleased to announce that Danny Finerman has been enlisted on bass duties for appearances, autograph signings, and most of all our live show. You may recognize Danny’s name from the credits on the new record “Bent on a Line or Half the World Away” as he sings backup vocals on a number of tracks. He’s a consummate bassist and his voice harmonizes particularly well with mine, so I’m very glad that he’s decided to slum it with us.
As if that wasn’t enough, Frankie Gaeta will be providing the stick to drum percussion for the live shows, as well. Frankie and I go back a few years now and have shared the stage many times in other projects. He’s an immensely talented drummist and I couldn’t be happier to have him on board.
